I've been blogging on and off since 2003. I started blogging because it was such a novelty. I loved the idea of it.
Then I used my site as a way of keeping friends up-to-date on life in Washington, DC. At some point my blog digressed into a mishmash.
For the past month or so I've been working on a site exclusively for my family.
But I can't let go of Malaland. Though I'm currently going through an online identity crisis.
To blog or not to blog. Why is this site so important to me?

Yeah, I can't seem to let go of my blog. It definitely fills a void in my life. So I say, continue!

blog! why not? we don't know the real life you, and you don't have to know the real life us, unless we both agree to. yet even so, we still get to know each other somewhat. and in the process, we may even have fun.

Amen. I came late to your blogging realm, but I would like to learn more of who you are without the worry and concern of "real-life" pressures.

To blog or not to blog. Answer? Because it helps you connect with people (ahem) you have yet to meet.
